Tunde has had extensive experience in engineering and project management, consulting, banking and information technology / systems management. His experience is varied across organization type and size: government agencies, global organizations, as well as medium sized and small organizations.
His career is built on his background as an Engineer who has formalized his management competencies by earning an MBA from the Cranfield University School of Management, United Kingdom. He has had extensive international exposure, having lived, schooled and worked in Africa, Europe and North America.
He has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which is attested to, his roles as a consultant and training facilitator for the Project Management Training Institute in Troy, Michigan, U.S.A. serving corporations such as Alcatel, RIM and CIBC on various Project Management facilitation projects.
Tunde has also trained and facilitated courses and educational programs at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, University of Calgary and Keyano College, Fort McMurray, Canada.
Tunde is a Project Management Institute certified Project Manager and a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
He earned his Ph.D., specializing in complex public infrastructure projects at the Department of Civil Engineering, (Project Management Specialization) at the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
He consults in dynamic project risk and cost management of mega projects in the oil, gas, public infrastructure and construction services industries.

Engr. Tosin Osikoya is an accomplished Civil Engineer with more than 40 years’ experience in real estate, civil engineering construction, project management, property development, facilities management and procurement.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London in 1983 and has been an esteemed member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE) since 2011. He is currently a founding partner at Strategic Intent LLP, a consultancy firm based in Lagos that specialises in project delivery and real estate advisory.
Following his retirement from the Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. group in June 2022, Tosin provided both full-time and part-time real estate advisory services for various organizations, including First Ally Properties Ltd (May 2024 – Nov 2024) and Ocean Parade Ltd (Nov 2022 – April 2023).
Previously, Engr. Osikoya was the Managing Director/CEO of UBN Property Co Plc., a subsidiary of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc (UBN Plc.), from 2012 to 2022. In this role, he oversaw the management of the property development company, including the development strategy, contracting, and project management for several real estate projects nationwide. Additionally, he served as Chairman of Saffer Union (West Africa) Ltd from 2013 to 2014. Saffer Union was a joint venture between Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc and Saffer SA, distributors of primarily South African building materials and construction industry products.
Between 2004 and 2012, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Fisko Construction Engineering Co Ltd, a civil engineering and construction firm based in Lagos. In this role, he oversaw all aspects of business development and project management for various road construction and civil infrastructure projects in Lagos, as well as a steel processing mill in Sagamu, Ogun State.
From 1996 to 2004, he held positions as a senior business analyst, senior contracts engineer, project manager, and facilities engineer with Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) and Shell Trustees Nig Ltd, both in Nigeria and the Netherlands.
His career began in 1984 when he joined Bouygues Nig Ltd, working as a construction supervisor and planner on high-rise building projects in Lagos, which included the 18-storey Elephant House on Broad Street, the Mobil offices in Apapa, and a project for the construction of 10,000 prototype classrooms for the Lagos State Government.
Tosin possesses extensive experience in civil engineering and has a proven track record of successfully completing projects. He combines technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision. As an experienced board member, he has demonstrated his ability to maintain shareholder value and ensure regulatory compliance.

Akeeb is a first-class Civil Engineering graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University who developed his career through earning additional competencies in Accounting, Finance and Management.
He recently retired as the Managing Director of Shell Nig. Closed Pension Fund Administrator Ltd (SNCPFA) where he was accountable and responsible to the Board, for both the strategic and tactical leadership of SNCPFA, protecting and growing the circa $2bln assets of the Fund. During his tenure, he grew the fund size three-fold over a period of 8 years and doubled the Funding cover by end 2023.
A board level business leader with strong ethical bias, his career responsibilities have included Coaching, Mentoring, and imparting his deep knowledge & skills in the functional areas of Project Management, Accounting, Finance, IT Management, Investments and Asset Management developed over a period of circa 30 years at the Shell Petroleum Development Company.
His leadership roles across the Oil & Gas industry have included; Finance Manager, Africa Projects (Shell Upstream), Regional Finance Projects Manager (SPDC, Nigeria), JV Finance Liaison Manager (SPDC, Nigeria), Team Leader, Warri Clean Up Team (SPDC, Nigeria).
